Wie kann ich das Equipment mieten?
Um Foto- und Videoequipment bei uns zu mieten, wählen Sie einfach das gewünschte Equipment aus unserer Liste aus, füllen das Buchungsformular aus oder kontaktieren Sie uns direkt per E-Mail oder Telefon. Wir bestätigen Ihre Buchung und vereinbaren die Zahlungsmodalitäten sowie Abhol- oder Versanddetails
Wo kann ich das Equipment abholen?
Sie können das Equipment direkt bei uns in München oder in Viersen abholen. Unsere genaue Adresse bekommen Sie sobald eine Anfrage gestellt wurde. Auf Wunsch bieten wir auch einen deutschlandweiten Versand an.
Gibt es eine Kaution?
Ja, wir erheben eine Kaution, die abhängig vom Wert des gemieteten Equipments ist. Die Kaution wird bei Rückgabe des Equipments in einwandfreiem Zustand vollständig zurückerstattet.
Wie lange kann ich das Equipment mieten?
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt einen Tag. Es gibt keine maximale Mietdauer, solange das Equipment verfügbar ist. Für längere Mietzeiträume bieten wir spezielle Konditionen an.
Gibt es eine Kaution?
Ja, wir erheben eine Kaution, die abhängig vom Wert des gemieteten Equipments ist. Die Kaution wird bei Rückgabe des Equipments in einwandfreiem Zustand vollständig zurückerstattet.
Was passiert, wenn das Equipment beschädigt wird?
Im Falle einer Beschädigung während der Mietzeit kontaktieren Sie uns bitte sofort. Die Haftung und die Kosten für Reparaturen oder Ersatz werden gemäß unseren Mietbedingungen geregelt. Bei Fragen zur Versicherung und Haftung stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung.
Kann ich die Buchung stornieren?
Ja, Sie können Ihre Buchung bis zu 48 Stunden vor dem Mietbeginn kostenlos stornieren. Bei späteren Stornierungen fallen Stornogebühren an. Weitere Informationen finden Sie in unseren Stornierungsbedingungen.
